I feel that smaller, independently owned and operated entities in this sector are underserved and overlooked. There are actors in this industry prioritizing trends over a heartfelt mission to provide personally curated quality products, offered within an environment of tireless labor and unselfish hospitality.
The goal of SHOKUNIN is to mediate like-minded individuals in our industry to maximize productivity, commerce, and profitability. My name is Roland, owner and sole laborer. My business model is influenced by African Harambe and some micro economic models. My compensation will be Pay What You Want (PWYW) which I believe democratizes our bond and empowers our market viability. A metric of success is any product placement finalized within the SHOKUNIN cooperative environment. I am eager to discuss this with you. Quality creates its own market.
